A New Journey Begins

I’ve been into photography my whole life. It’s a different way of viewing the world. Recently, I’ve stepped back from photography and focused on other parts of my life. I’ve become a naturalist and a wilderness guide. Along the way, I’ve taken some great photos. But, my photography has become an art of convenience. I only took photos as the opportunity presented itself.

So, this year, 2023 I’ve decided to commit myself to my photography. In order to do this, I’m going to commit to at least one photo shoot a week for the entire year. I will then post seven of my favorite photos from each shoot both here and on Instagram. Furthermore, I am hoping to be able to display my favorite shot from each month at a show or fair. More on that later though.
